Brown, Elidi Avery, Our sweet and precious daughter, Elidi Avery Brown, came into our lives on Easter day, 1998. From the start she was welcomed by her brothers, Matthew and Ramsey Brown, grandparents Glen and Sara Brown, Godparents Janine Yunker and Brian Holland and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was three years old when she became a part of the family and Easter day was forever renamed Ellie's "Gotcha Day."She later acquired a much-desired older sister, Anne Marie Kelley. Ellie filled the world with her charm, dignity, vivacity and thirst for all things goofy in life. She was a fierce soccer player, an avid shopper and her saucy attitude made her a delight to everyone she came in contact with. Ellie left us unexpectedly on October 17, 2011. She will be missed tremendously by all whose lives she touched. She will always be remembered for her quick smile and loyalty to family and friends. Love and grace were deeply anchored in her spirit, and shone through every moment she was on this earth. Her short life was a spectacular, bright flame, never to be forgotten by any who had the pleasure to be with her. She left us knowing she was very much loved. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 19th at Olinger's Chapel Hill, 6601 S Colorado Blvd from 4:30 - 7:00. The Service will be held on Thursday, October 20th at 1:00 p.m. at Greenwood Community Church on Belleview and Holly.
