God be with you family. I met you twice with my mother Rosemary .. you shared her birthday. She truly admired you and so do I. Rest my dear cousin in the arms of Jesus.. say hi to the Ancestors.  Rest well.

My Mom Mary and my Aumt Dean looked a lot alike. Simply Beautiful, I remember when my kids were little they thought you were my mom laugh out loud. Hug everyone for me until we meet again

Aunt Dean has gone home to be in the glory of the Lord. Reuniting her with family and friends who went before her. Bask in the beaming light of true miracles and love

Mom… Where do I start… I would like to thank you first for  introducing  my siblings and I to the Lord Jesus Christ!!! You made sure we got on that Church Bus  every Sunday!!!❤️❤️🤣🤣  😭😭 I asked you why?? You told me because You didn’t want your kids to grow up like I did, I wanted better for my kids.  Thank you for doing the best you knew how to…. As a young single Black mother who had a difficult childhood!!! You had unbelievable Faith!!!  You changed your  life  all the way around!!! 😭😭😭😍😍😍😘😘 You went from working at the Clubs to getting a job at Department of Corrections going to College and still kept a part time waitress jobs at the NCO Club at Fort Carson. I remember praying for you every morning as I watched you out of the window until I could no longer see you as you walked to the bus stop to go to work… Man.. I was in Head Start.. We lived on Boggs. I used to love going to work with you 🤣🤣🤣 You didn’t stop there!!! You not only got your bachelors degree!!! But you got your Master degree as a Graphic Tech !!! Doing all the Graphs for Department of  Corrections by hand with  thin Black tape and  a razor knife!!You did   that girl!!! until  technology came out and they learned how to do it on the computer…The computer stole your job😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣  You are  the definition of a strong black woman!!! You would open your heart and your home to anyone who was in need!! Thank you for showing me how to Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and leaning not to my own understanding but believing in and having Faith in his Word 
Do not be moved by what you feel see or hear but only  be moved by the word of God and you Faith in it.
Because of your Faith God gave you an extra 2 years on this Earth…. I can hear you now “I’m not going nowhere!!! It’s not my time Yet” Your time has come… I’m at peace 
Knowing your not in any more pain.. Your in Heaven with the Lord Jesus Christ,!!!  This is not good  bye.  This is until I see you again!! Love you Mom😘😘😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️😭😭😭😘😘😘💕💕🌹🌹🌹💔💔💔💔😭😭😭

Aunt Dean will truly be missed, but never forgotten!

She was a very independent, strong minded woman,  her children will continue her legacy!

I’m  thankful for my special moments with Dean, we definitely had a few great things in common.

I remember Aunt Rose celebrating her birthday with your mom for years since they shared the same birthday. Peace love and strength to you all.

Gloria I appreciate you taking me into your family and dealing with me and Tee mess.  Being 2000 miles away from home You made me feel comfortable everytime I was around you. I still think about that Stanley Clark and George Duke album I always asked you can I have and you always said no!!  When I get to heaven  I’m gonna ask you again and I hope you finally change your mind and say here boy 😂😂😂

I thank you for allowing me to experience you and your sweet and gentle spirit. I'll always keep and cherish the fun and funny memories you and I shared when you would travel to Detroit or when I come out to Colorado. Thank you for raising a strong, independent, hard working, succeful black woman who has pasted down those same qualities.  Heavan has gained a divine Angel. This is not goodbye but I'll see you soon. I LOVE You!
