
Jeff was a native Coloradan born in Wild Horse, CO on March 24, 1935. He attended the schools in Castle Rock as well as graduated from Littleton High School. He was a star pitcher for Littleton High School. His family ran a Dairy farm for several years in the Castle Rock area. After High school he joined the Navy from 1954 and honorably discharged in 1958. While serving in the Navy he played baseball. After leaving the Navy he served in the Denver Police Department for 25 years as a detective. He was devoted servant for the Lord and was active in his church and lead mens bible study, for CBS,
He leaves behind his wife Clare 63 + years of marriage , five children, 12 grand children and six great grand children including his sister Cheyrel Goznell and brother Dale Sewell. His son Chris Sewell preceded him in death in 2004.
His family and dear friends will miss him deeply but so proud that we were gifted with such a faithful man of God. He loved his family well and we will carry on His legacy of his love and boldness for JESUS!

Funeral/memorial service will be held at Mission Hills, Monday, November 21 at 11 AM. A reception will follow after services at the church.
