Joanne Farraye, 65, passed away on October 22, 2015 in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Joanne was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 26, 1950 to Andrew and Rita Saporita. She graduated from James Madison High School in Brooklyn, New York in 1968.
Joanne will be remembered for her warm personality, her laughter, her love for shopping, her thoughtfulness and her wit.
She was deeply loved and will be greatly and forever missed by her family and friends.
Joanne is survived by her beloved husband of 44 years, George Farraye; her three daughters: Dawn, Kimberly and Erica; son in-law: Will; the apples of her eye, her two grandchildren: Kassidy and Kyan; and her younger brother, Joseph Saporita.
In her death, Joanne has given several gifts to the Donor Alliance to help others in their time of need.
The memorial service will be held on Friday, October 30th at 11 am MST at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary in Centennial, Colorado. All family and friends are welcome to celebrate Joanne’s life.
