She was born on June 15, 1931, in Augusta Maine but moved to San Francisco as a young girl and lived there the majority of her life. She married William R. Hall, Jr. in 1950 and together they had three children: Stephen Craig (1951), Richard Lee (1959) and Jennifer Ann (1965).
William preceded her in death in August 1999. Lucille moved to Colorado in 2001.
Lucille is survived by her children, three grandchildren: Jeffrey Hall (1988), Amanda Paulson (1991) and Taylor Hall (1992) and two great-grandchildren: Cameron Hall (2012) and Peyton Paulson (2022).
A memorial service for Lucille will be held Monday, October 21, 2024 at 2:00 PM followed by a committal service at 3:00 PM at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary and Cemetery.
