Lynn Eileen Gallagher

Lynn was born December 10, 1946 in Denver, Colorado to Francis (Frenchy) and Martha (Maxine) Gallagher. She attended St. Francis de Sales High School, where she excelled in academics and went on to receive her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and Master’s degree in Education from the University of Northern Colorado. She began her career in education as a French/Spanish and English teacher, eventually becoming an assistant principal. After retiring, she enjoyed volunteering at the Denver Zoo and the food bank at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, where she was a long-time member.

She is survived by her daughter, Kristi J Marshall (Butch Hunter); her son, Ryan (Jennifer) Marshall; her daughter, Rebecca (Chad) Thielen; her grandchildren, Trent Marshall, Britani Walley, Jamison Marshall, Jocelyn Marshall, Jacob and Emily Thielen; and her great-granddaughter, Ella Allen. She is also survived by her brother, Michael (Phyllis) Gallagher, and her cousin and best friend, Kim Whaley.
