Ophelia "Phelie" Durbin, age 93, of Englewood, Colorado passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018. Ophelia was born September 29, 1924. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Oren J. Durbin; parents, Nettie (Long) and Albert Daniel; sister, Edith Devore and brother, Roy Daniel. Phelie is survived by her son and his wife, Larry and Patricia Durbin and their children, Matt (Sarah) Arnold and Mimi (Doug) Strauss; her daughter, Elaine Walker; her son, Gary and his wife Debbie Durbin and their children, Brandon, Lauren, Evan and Emily Durbin; brother, Tom (Flo) Daniel; sister, Rita Cramer and other loving family and friends.
A Visitation for Ophelia will be held Monday, February 12, 2018 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6601 South Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, February 12, 2018, at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary, immediately followed by a Committal Service in the cemetery. A Celebration of Life Reception will be held beginning at 3:30 pm back at the funeral home.
