Grandma Winnie was a strong spirited woman with love of family and a sense of humor. I was lucky to be in Denver on her 92nd birthday and she looked beautiful.
My deepest sympathy to the entire family. She will be missed but will be there in spirit. You have so many memories to warm your hearts and keep her close.

Dear Fred & Family:
       It was with the deepest sadness that I learned of Mrs. Wykstra untimely death and  my family and I extend   our most heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. There are scarcely words to describe how shocking and tragic such news comes to a person; so many unanswered questions that clench at the heart. I can only imagine how incredibly difficult this is for you and your family and I genuinely share your sorrow becausemy wife and I have lost close family members in the past. May you be comforted with the peace of knowing that you are a wonderful son and your mother was truly fortunate to have been able to call you her Son. I'm sure You were the blessing to her life. Though it is true that we may never know why… One thing we do know is that your mother has touched the hearts and lives of many people while she was with us. She was most surely the giver of joy to all those who had the privilege of knowing her; I didn't have the pleasure of knowing your mother but I'm sure that she will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Please accept my deepest condolences for your great loss. I know that we don't see eye to eye everyday but we all grieve with you.
