

Marilyn was a dedicated and accomplished teacher in the Comsewogue School District, where she touched the lives of countless students with her passion for education, patience, and kindness. Her commitment to learning and her community left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was also an active member of the United Methodist Church and The Lions Club International.
She is predeceased by her husband Howard Wilson in 2017 and their loving daughter Pamela Wilson in 2013.
Marilyn is survived by her loving family: her daughters, Jill Wilson and Wendy Duffy, and her husband, Thomas; her cherished grandchildren, Sharon Corvaia and Nancy Rettig. And her Great Grandchildren, Stephen, Samuel, Amelia, and Olivia. Marilyn’s family was her greatest joy, and she took immense pride in each generation.
She will be remembered for her warmth, strength, and the deep love she shared with her family and friends. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched, both in her classroom and beyond.
Visitation will be held at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, 2326 Middle Country Road, Centereach, NY 11720, US, on April 27, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Pinelawn Memorial Park and Arboretum, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735, US, on April 28, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:00 am.
