JOHNSON, Ralph M. on July 9, 2016 of Centereach, LI. Loving father of Hope-Ann Johnson and Samantha Johnson. Beloved former husband of Helen Johnson. Cherished son of the late Ralph and Edith. Adored brother of the late Roy Johnson. Ralph is survived by many more loving family and friends and will be missed by all that knew him. Arrangements entrusted to O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 2326 Middle Country Road, Centereach, LI. The family will receive family and friends at the Our Savior Lutheran Church, 140 Mark Tree Road in Centereach on Tuesday from 6:30 to 9:30 PM. A prayer service will be held at 9 PM. A closing prayer will be said on Wednesday at 10 AM with the interment to follow at Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ralph's daughters to assist them during this difficult time.
