Rosemary Margaret Amadeo

Rosemary Margaret Amadeo, a resident of Farmingville, New York, passed away on December 25, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on February 7, 1947, Rosemary was the loving partner of the late Norman Torgersen. She was a beloved mother to Barbara and Tom Signor, Stephanie and David Wally, and Debbie Darcey. Rosemary was a cherished grandmother to Jason, Zachary, Maxim, Gregg Paul, Alyssa, and Thomas, and a loving great-grandmother to Charlotte and Braxton. She was also a cherished mom to her furbabies, Fluffy and Lassie.

Rosemary loved spending her time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed shopping, particularly at Kohl's, Walmart, Kmart, and Sam's Club. When not spending time with her family, she would enjoy talking on the phone for hours with her grandchildren, catching up on the daily events of their lives. At 3 pm on weekdays, you could not get her away from watching her beloved soap opera, General Hospital. She also enjoyed watching NCIS.

Visitation will be held at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, 2326 Middle Country Road, Centereach, NY 11720, on January 2, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. A committal service will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3442 NY-112, Coram, NY 11727, on January 3, 2026, at 11:00 am.
