Perry Allen Royle

Officer Perry Allen Royle, 54, of Morton, passed away on December 9, 2014, at Harborview Medical Center, Seattle. Perry was born on September 7, 1960, in Puyallup, WA, to James and Threda (Parsons) Royle.

Perry was married to Cara Babington on, May 24, 1998. He served the City of Morton as an Officer of the Morton Police Department for 12 years. Living in Morton, Perry enjoyed his surroundings and loved hunting, fishing and camping; he especially loved being surrounded by his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed a good campfire with a bottle of Fireball.

Perry is preceded in death by his mother Threda and sister Gail (VanBuskirk) Woodruff.

Perry is survived by his father, James (Beverly) Royle of Graham, sisters, Gloria (Bob) Christensen of Puyallup, Sandra Mealy of Orting, brothers, Bill VanBurskirk of Alynn, Jim Royle of Puyallup, David (Donna) Royle of Morton, children, Kristine Royle, Justin Royle, Rebecca Royle, Michelle Guffin, Matthew Guffin, and Aria Dunaway, grandchildren, Brooke, Kiersten, Baylee, Saige, Paisley.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 20, 2014, at Morton High School, 152 Westlake Ave. A graveside will follow at Morton Cemetery, directly following the funeral. Services are under the care of Brown Mortuary Service, Morton.
