Mrs. Betty McMillan entered into rest on Thursday, May 27, 2014 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. She is survived by the McMillan and Smalley Families and a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Chester McMillan; son, Andy McMillan; parents, Sam & Clo Fountain; sisters, Toby Smalley and Peggy Kerr.
