Carrie Lee Owen, age 99 of Centreville, Alabama passed away on June 4, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. D. Owen, infant son, Jimmy and her parents Virgil and Julia Kornegay. She is survived by her sons, Joe Owen (Sharon) of Columbus, Mississippi and Edward Owen (Mary) of Collierville, Tennessee; 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great great-grandchild and sister, Bobbie Rush of Trussville, Alabama. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 2 pm at Rockco Funeral Home in Centreville. Visitation will begin at 1 pm. Burial will follow at Pineland Memorial Park.
