Thomas “T.J.” Dorough, Jr, age 46, of Centreville entered into rest on August 28, 2016 at his residence. Memorial service will be held tonight, August 30, 2016 at 6 PM at Centreville Baptist Church. Rev. Ken Fuller officiating. There will be a memorial service held on Thursday, Sept 1, 2016 at 6 PM at Indian Lake Baptist Church in Northport. He is survived by his wife, Sonja Dorough of Centreville; sons, Rayden Trey Dorough of Centreville and James Joseph Parker of Centreville; daughter, Allison LaVoy Parker of Tuscaloosa; father, Thomas Alfred Dorough, Sr.(Darline) of Bay Minette; mother, Karan Melson(Charles) of Northport; brother, Scott Dorough of Bay Minette; sisters, Tammy Dorough Watkins(Guy) of Northport and Mandy Landefeld of Bay Minette; nieces, Kylie, Kiera and Summer; nephew, Bodie; step brother, Brandon; step sister, Kristi; mother in law, Dorothy Cottingham and sister in law – Lindsay Giddiens(Jason). He is preceded in death by his grandfather, John Domingues, Sr.; grandparents, John and Mary Dorough and brother in law, Trey Cottingham. T.J. was a former member of Indian Lake Baptist Church and current member of Centreville Baptist Church. He was a Nuclear Engineer in the Navy. Owned Thomas Dorough Photography. Member of Professional Photographers of America. Member of Post 34 baseball team. Member of the 10 year old Kentucky State Champion baseball team. Coached his children in their sporting events. He was employed by Mercedes Benz. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
