Andrew Raymond Ducote, a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, went to his eternal rest peacefully on September 21st at the age of 87. Formerly of Avoyelles, Louisiana, he and his wife, Marilyn, were married for 67 years, and resided in St. Bernard Parish for 52 years. He is survived by his wife, daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, his sister and many nieces and nephews. He was proud to serve in the LA National Guard in 1950’s.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, October 11th from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, followed by a Mass in Andrew’s memory beginning at 11:00 AM. He will be laid to eternal rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
