Anna Mae Giroir Ruiz passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at the age of 88. She was the cherished wife of the late Eugene Ruiz. Loving mother of Linda Mayer, Paul Ruiz and Marilyn Hutter. Mother-in-law of Christy Mayer, Marilyn Ruiz and Joseph Hutter. Daughter of the late Paul and Edna Dugas Giroir. Sister of the late Hilda Richoux and Howard Giroir. Proud grandmother of Stacey Barcia, Lisa Mayer, Leslie St. Pe, Corey Cantrell and Paul Ruiz. Also survived by 14 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at OUR LADY OF LOURDES CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2621 Colonial Blvd., Violet, LA on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 AM. She will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery, St. Bernard, LA.
