Gino Dominic Catalanotto Sr. passed away at the age of 56 on March 12, 2017 due to health complications. Gino was born in Hattiesburg, MS and was a long term resident of Chalmette, LA. He was the proud owner of Catco Trucking and a truck driver for over 30 years. He was the son of the late and dearly loved Geraldine L. Este and step-son of the late and dearly loved Gilbert Este. He is survived and will be dearly missed by his two children, Cassi L. Catalanotto and Gino D. Catalanotto Jr.; two grandchildren, Angelle G. Catalanotto and Alecia L. Catalanotto. He is also fondly remembered by many cousins, relatives and dear friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering to be held at FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF CHALMETTE, 305 E St Bernard Hwy, Chalmette, LA on Saturday, March 25th from 9:00AM – 10:00AM, followed by a celebration of his life beginning at 10:00AM. Burial will be private.
