

Joseph lived life with passion and intensity. He had an undeniable love for cars and the thrill of driving, finding freedom and joy behind the wheel. Whether he was talking about engines, working on vehicles, or heading out for a drive, Joseph was happiest when surrounded by everything automotive.
He was a devoted son, a loving brother, a cherished family member, and a loyal friend. Joseph’s bright presence and genuine spirit left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. Though his life was far too short, the impact he made will be felt forever.
Joseph is survived by his parents, Michelle Bayhi and Terry Manes Jr., and his brother, Jacob Manes, along with many extended family members and friends who loved him deeply. His memory will live on through shared stories, favorite songs, long drives, and the countless moments that made him who he was. He will be forever missed.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, located at 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA 70043, on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Joseph will be laid to eternal rest at St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
