

A beloved resident of St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana, Maebell Mae Naquin Warren passed away peacefully on April 14, 2026, at the age of 80, following a courageous journey with Parkinson’s disease.
She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Paul Warren; her grandchild, Ethan Warren; and her sisters, Lillian Dippold and Rose Johns. She was the devoted daughter of Victor Naquin and Ocelia Billiot Naquin.
Maebell is survived by her siblings, Delores Naquin Hurst, Russel Naquin, and Arnold Naquin; and her children, Paula Rinaudo (Phil), Grace Dial, Ocelia “Oki” Smith (Robert), Kelly Warren (Natasha), and Nathanial Warren (Victoria).
She leaves behind a legacy of love through her many grandchildren: Thomas “T.J.” Warren Jr. (Emily), Christene Warren, Oliver Warren, Corey Stevenson, Brandy Kramer Willis (Brian), Ashlie Rinaudo, Philip Rinaudo Jr. (Michael), Dean Kramer (Caitlynn), Jeffry Nunez Jr., Victoria “Torrie” Smith (Brittany), Alexis Smith Patty (Chris), Kye Smith, Jacob Warren, Preston Warren (Lacey), Samantha Boone Creel (Blake), Caleb Boone, Ian Boone, Cameron Warren, Jessica Warren, and Owen Warren. And great grandchildren: Cameron, Ciera, Nickolas, Abbygail, Kylie, Bella, Caiden, Luke, Hayes, Bailey, Ethan, Adalynn, Marley, Stefan, Dean, Paisley, Paxton, Sadie, Ryder, Reya and Riley.
Maebell found joy in life’s simple pleasures - sewing, tending to flowers, reading her Bible, and watching classic movies, shows and the Hallmark channel. She had a gift for making others feel at home, always ready with a warm pot of coffee or a comforting cup of tea, often accompanied by something sweet. Above all, she treasured time spent with her grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, April 18th from 9:00AM – 11:00AM, followed by a funeral service in Maebell’s memory beginning at 11:00AM. She will be laid to eternal rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
