Marie Louise Fradella

Marie Louise Barras Fradella, a native of New Orleans and a longtime resident of Chalmette, LA passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at the age of 89. She graduated from Holy Angels Academy. She was employed as Branch Manager at Peoples Bank, Poydras Branch until her retirement. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Louise Barras; her husband of 64 years Anthony Fradella; her siblings, Roy Barras Jr. and Geraldine Markey Smith. She is survived by her children Elizabeth Steddum (Dave), Carol Roger (the late Randy), David Fradella (Kathy) and Vincent Fradella (Barbara); her sister Deborah Evers (Mike); her 8 grandchildren; 9 great- grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews as well as great- nieces and great- nephews. She will be missed by her family, friends and neighbors. The family would like to thank Greenbriar Community Care Center, Ochsner Northshore and Egan Hospice for their loving care. Private services to be held at a later date.
