Ronald G. DiVincenti Sr.

Ronald George DiVincenti Sr., passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at the age of 68. He was the beloved husband of 50 years to Phyllis Postell DiVincenti. Cherished father of Ronald DiVincenti Jr. (Wendy), Michael DiVincenti Sr. (Roxy), Glen DiVincenti (Christine) and Steven DiVincenti Sr. (Josephine). Devoted grandfather of Michael Jr., Brandon, Jessica (Drew), Kayla, Shalyn, Steven Jr. and Jenna. Great-grandfather of Alyssa, Arianna, Gracelynn and Kohl. He is also survived and fondly remembered by his brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Malcolm and Lois Clements and his dear grandson Ronald DiVincenti III. Ronald was a native of New Orleans, LA and a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish where he enjoyed a long career as a General Manager with Hooley, Inc. He was well loved and affectionately known for his good nature and generous heart. He will be deeply missed by us all. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, June 12th from 9:00AM – 11:00AM, followed by a funeral service in Ronald’s memory beginning at 11:00AM.
