Shirley Dysart Pellegrini

Shirley Dysart Pellegrini passed away on July 25, 2022 at the age of 82. She was the beloved wife to the late Donald P. Pellegrini for over 50 years. Loving mother of Sherri Pellegrini Saizan (Sonny), Terry Pellegrini (Kerri) and the late Gary Pellegrini (the late Leisa). Proud grandmother to Justin Pellegrini (Rachael), Brett Pellegrini (Gabby) and Shane Saizan (Jessica); great grandmother to Sophia Pellegrini; sister to Marion Dysart Leblanc; aunt to many nieces, nephews and other relatives. She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl Dysart Sr. and Bertha Jackins Dysart; her siblings, Alice Dysart Wolthers, Earl Dysart Jr., Joyceln Dysart and Gail Mary “Sister Gretchen” Dysart; her niece Gretchen Will.

Shirley was a resident of St. Bernard Parish. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog Breezie. Her greatest joy was loving her great granddaughter Sophia. She will always be remembered for being kind and caring, and for her great cooking. She will be deeply missed by us all.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Monday, August 01, 2022 from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL GARDENS
