Victoria "Vicki" Hogan

With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to Victoria “Vicki” Hogan who passed away at the age of 75. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Vicki was the loving wife to the late Edward Hogan Jr. She was the caring mother to Andrea Hogan. Proud grandmother of Tyler Umfrey; sister of Hermann Schloegel Jr. (Phina) and Eric Schloegel Sr.; aunt to many nieces and nephews. Vicki is preceded in death by her parents, Hermann and Bernice Schloegel; her brother, Christopher Schloegel.

Born in New Orleans, LA in 1948, Victoria lived a life filled with joy and compassion. She touched the hearts of many with her infectious smile and vibrant spirit. Vicki was a devoted mother to her beloved daughter, Andrea, and a doting grandmother to her cherished grandson, Tyler. Her family meant the world to her, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Her laughter could light up a room, and her presence brought warmth and joy to those around her. Whether it was dancing with friends, sharing stories over a cup of tea, or simply enjoying the company of her family, she embraced every moment with enthusiasm and grace. May her laughter echo in our hearts forever, and may she rest in eternal peace.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, from 11:00 AM-1:00PM. A funeral will begin at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL GARDENS
