Phyllis Hurst was the kindest, sweethearted lady anyone could ever meet. She never met a stranger, but ALWAYS greeted people with a grand smile and soft eyes that said- hello, welcome. I have many fond memories of Phyllis. She especially loved her family and always spoke of Aubrey and her two newest great grandchildren. Her grandson and wife were hi- kites in her life. And Ashley must have been a very hard worker too. 
I would like to use Phyllis's name and make an acrostic to tell you about her.
P- pleasant, personable and lots of pep
H- happy to meet people, never met a stranger
Y- yes Phyllis loved her family unconditionally 
L- love was her trademark as she greeted people
L- laughter came easily to Phyllis, it was her nature.
I- Interested in all of her family and friends. She wanted to hear of their successes and what she could do for them.
S- smile, Phyllis always had a million dollar smile with eyes that danced with joy for any person she met.
Phyllis and l spent many hours on the phone talking and caring for each other. She was a very special person in my life and l am sure in your life also. I will miss her greatly. 

Rest easy Aunt Phylis . You were a great friend and companion to my mother Linda Townsend.  My condolences to all of her family. You will be missed by all of us here in Huntingdon.  Scott Walters and family.

Aunt Phyllis was very special to Curt and I. She used to take me for pictures at the Studio when I was very small to send to my father when he was in WW11.  Whom she cherished very much. 
She always said how she loved my mother and her cooking.   Especially her raisin filled cookie 
She loved buying new cars her and my cousin Linda brought one down to our home just a few years ago. We had to go for a ride. 
We will miss our phone calls. We would do lots of giggling!!!
She was very special to us. ❤️ 

She is one of the biggest influences in my life, always went to flamingo when i was younger, ill never forget the time we went to yardsales and someone said they would buy me cause they wanted a ginger grandchild then got lost on the way home. I was laughing the whole time.

Phyllis was a very sweet friend to my mom and dad went on some trips together.I met her through her grandson Bob Cassner she loved her family very much and would help in anyway she could.She always had a happy smile for me.She will be missed.
