Carlos J. Smith, 79 of Chandler Arizona passed away on November 18, 2013. A Memorial Service will be held, Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Faith Church of the Valley, Chandler, Az. Carlos is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Rosetta Smith and their four children, Carlos M. Smith, Beverly Cappelletti, Rosalyn Steffen and Marlayne Smithbolden as well his grandchildren, Rose Lynda Hall, Jon Paul Veasey and Robert Stephiewski and 4 great grandchildren.
