Christopher Paul Zonneveld

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Shannon; his brother Michael; his three children, Paul (Jennifer), Anton (Julie), Jenna (John McLin); and his seven grandchildren, Colby, Sawyer, Grace, Sean, Katie, Raelynn and Everly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Giel and Kathleen Zonneveld.

Chris lived and worked in Johannesburg, South Africa until 1988, when he and his family emigrated to Pittsburgh, PA. This decision opened a world of opportunities which Chris embraced through his own business teaching and training others in commercial relationships.

In 2017, Chris and Shannon decided to seek sun and warmth with a move to Chandler, AZ. Here they could be closer to their grandkids and enjoy year round gardening.

Chris was known for his quick wit, loving nature and selflessness. We ask that you remember him by your actions to others. Use his empathy to guide you when dealing with others, his selflessness when approaching relationships and his humor when conversing with anyone.
