My memories are from long ago.  The first shot I got ( I was probably 2 1/2 years old from my uncle.  I was not a happy camper to say the least.  
I also remember sitting at the dinner table at my grandparents  home between him and his brother Aram. They thought it would be great fun to hold my milk up high and pass it between them.  I doubt that even as an adult I would have been able to reach between them.
It was at his and my aunts wedding that I decided too many rose petals were being dropped and I decided to pick them up much to the chagrin of my parents as laughter erupted. 
Yet, years passed and I saw very little of my uncle and his family.  
Yet my most treasured memory is of the visit my sister related when we visited him in Arizona.  Watching two siblings reunite without much to say but the look in their eyes said far more.  For a moment in time words did not need to be spoken because their hearts knew each other and the love for brother and sister shown brightly.  To top it off - he knew me right away and it was then that I realized that time and distance may separate us but in the end it is who we are that binds us forever.  Rest In Peace 


I have very fond memories of my Uncle Dick.
So blessed to have had the opportunity to  take my mom for a long overdue visit a few years back. Jan and I were so happy to also see Shelley and her daughter.
