My deepest sympathies to Ed's family.  I was blessed to meet Ed on a sales call and during that first time that we had met, we found out that we both had a Texas background.  That was all it took for us to become long lasting friends.  He was one of the kindest, warmest, and most pleasant people that I have ever known in my life.  I am so saddened by his passing and my heart goes out to all of his immediate family.  The world is a little dimmer now that he is gone...

I am so blessed to have become intertwined with the Pelham family.  Ed will always be great memories for me and the kids.  I'm sure Justice loved that he was able to get all the kids to call him Justine :)  Without even trying he was such a role model to us all.  We will miss him tremendously.  The love, caring nature and zest for life you do not find everyday.  I'm glad I have him etched in my heart.  The whole family is in our prayers.

I met Ed this past summer on a golf course. When he saw that I was playing alone, it was quintessential Ed to invite me to join his group. He immediately made me feel at home and welcomed. I feel fortune to have laughed and shared time with a such wonderful man.  It is with a heavy heart that I offer my condolences to his wife and family. I will miss him dearly and regret not knowing him longer.

He was good man, and a positive influence in my life; as a child, growing adolescent, and adult. I was just informed about Ed's passing and I am so very sorry for your loss. I met Ed while working on Schlotzsky's projects about five years ago and he was such a great guy. He was always so nice, genuine and would do anything for you. My deepest sympathies go out to his family. I'll certainly miss you, Ed from Gun Barrel City!
