Melinda Rae O'Leyar 56 of Maricopa, Arizona passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on August 20, 2014. Melinda is survived by her loving husband for over 36 years, Richard O'Leyar and their 3 wonderful children Joshua, Adam and Laura O'Leyar. Melinda is also survived by her grandchildren Josha, Kaydance, Michael O'Leyar, Victoria Favella, and Melinda's sister Susan Mulder (Swier), brothers James and Michael Swier.
