

Norman V. Tourville passed away at home on January 18, 2026. He was born on September 5, 1948, in Westerly, Rhode Island to Norman C. and Edna Eve Tourville. He grew up in Stonington, Connecticut before his family relocated to California due to his father’s job.
After graduating from high school, Norman enlisted in the United States Navy, where he proudly served for 25 years and built a successful career. Following his retirement from the Navy, he worked for the United States Postal Service for 15 years. It was there that he met his wonderful wife, Ginger. Norman eventually retired from the post office to spend more time with his wife.
Norman is preceded in death by his brother, Peter. He is survived by his loving wife, Ginger; siblings, George (Marge), Jim (Toni), Judy (Paul), and Linda (Bill); and his four stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Norm was an avid sports fan, especially of Arizona teams, and he particularly enjoyed attending Arizona Diamondbacks games. He had a wonderful sense of humor and made his wife laugh every day. He loved his dog, Precious, whom he named himself. Norm was exceptionally knowledgeable and could carry on a conversation about almost anything. He also cherished traveling with his wife and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
Norman V. Tourville will be remembered as a beloved loyal and devoted husband.
