Richard W. Deardorff, a resident of Chandler, AZ for 55 years, went home to be with the Lord on February 2, 2016. He was born in Wabash, Indiana, on December 4, 1925. Richard was a devoted member of First Baptist Church of Chandler. He was a letter carrier in Chandler for 25 years, after which
he was a dedicated crossing guard at Erie School in Chandler for 18 years. He is survived by Marguerite, his wife of 66 years, son Bob (Cherí), granddaughter Cassidy, and son Tim (Christine). Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 6th, at 1:00 p.m. at Valley of the Sun Cemetery, 10940 E.
