Ruby Elizabeth Taylor

Ruby Elizabeth “Libby” Taylor, 79, of Queen Creek, Arizona passed away on Wednesday May 25, 2022. Ruby was born in Sierra Blanca, Texas to parents Earl Hall and Ruby Lee Snyder on February 4, 1943. She grew up in El Paso, Texas where she married her husband Robert Dock “Bobby” Taylor on August 15, 1967 and raised their three children. As a consummate educator, Ruby spent many years working as a Special Education Teacher and as a tutor to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Always regarded as a kind soul, Ruby made friends wherever she went and is loved by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Ruby Snyder, sister Earlene Gutierrez, and husband Robert Taylor. She leaves behind her children Linda Price, Cody Taylor, Leslie and husband Michael Martin; grandchildren Cody Taylor Jr., Sherry Gerardo, Eric Taylor, Jessica Coggins, Yvonne Craven, Andrew Martin, Leonel Hagelsieb, Ryan Martin, Stephanie Mros, Terresa Taylor, Janett Brumley, Matheu Taylor; and 24 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Service will be held at Valley of the Sun Mortuary and Cemetery at 10940 E. Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ, 85248 on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
