She was born in Seattle, Washington on April 15, 1943. Susan graduated from Roosevelt High School and received a Bachelors of Science from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. She was married to Howard Lewis Klock on February 18, 1978 in Seattle, Washington.
Susan had a career in education for 31 years at Lockwood Elementary in Lake Forest Park, Washington. She was a member of Queen City Yacht Club Tarettes. She had a passion for snow skiing, reading, boating, traveling and card games.
She is survived by her husband, Howard Klock; her children Hayden (Shelley) Klock, Stacy (Eddie) Wagoner; grandchildren Amber Wagoner. Rance Wagoner, Colton Walch, Hadley Klock; great-grandchildren Tripp Walch and Charlee Walch; sibling Terry Triol; her pet Taffy Klock.
