Jinks is welcomed home by her husband John, son Steve and grandson Garrett.
She is survived by 5 children, 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A visitation for Virginia will be held Friday, July 23, 2021 at 9:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 9:50 AM.
