Mr. McAlister was born November 8, 1968 in Houston, TX and passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. He was the owner of Plasma Designs in Newberry. Mr. McAlister was a metal artist, an avid outdoorsman, graduate of Chapin High School and attended Lander College.
Mr. McAlister is survived by his wife, Sarah R. McAlister of Chapin; daughter, Summer Christine McAlister, age 7, of Chapin; mother, Cheri McAlister of Bostic, NC; brother, Brent (Lisa Lessor) McAlister of Atlanta, GA and sister, Julie Christine McAlister of Lexington. He is predeceased by his father, Robert McAlister.
Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Chapin Chapel, is assisting the family with arrangements.
