Anna Lewis Therrell

Anna Elizabeth Lewis Therrell, 89, of Charlotte, died July 9, 2012 at Presbyterian Hospital. She was born in Fayette County, PA and was the daughter of the late Gorman Ray and Ethel Mae Dunmire Lewis, and wife the late Milton Parks Therrell, Sr.

She retired from Mecklenburg County Schools where she was a cafeteria manager for more than 20 years. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening, July 12, 2012 from 5:00 to 8:00pm at Forest Lawn West Funeral & Cremation Service. Funeral services are private. Surviving are her children, Wava E. Wright and husband, Russell of Jacksonville, FL; Milton P. “Buddy” Therrell, Jr. and wife Cathie, of Davidson, Lester G. Therrell and wife Denise, of Charlotte; grandchildren, Shawn Wright (Tammy), Melissa Wallace (Jeremy) of Virginia Beach; Kara Therrell, Justin Therrell, Anna E. Therrell and Donald Therrell, all of Charlotte; great grandchildren, Shelby Wright, Cody Wright, Chynna Wiggins and Domonic Wiggins, all of Virginia Beach, Sumer Eubanks of Florida; sisters, Alberta Sementa, Cleveland, Ohio, Betty Barnoski, Houston, TX and Luretta Howell of Baltimore, MD.
