Anne Montgomery Hitchcock

Born December 8, 1935 in Mecklenburg County, NC, she was a daughter of the late James Harold Montgomery Sr. and Pauline Helms Montgomery.

She graduated from Tech High and was self-employed doing child care.

She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and the Jolly Sixties Sunday School Class.

Preceding her in death on March 14, 2006 was her husband, Harold Hitchcock.

Survivors include two sons, Larry Perrell and wife, Marsha of Charlotte and Steve Perrell of Charlotte; a brother, James Harold Montgomery Jr. and wife, Cindy of Hampton, GA; five grandchildren, Nathan Perrell and wife, Sabrina of Wesley Chapel, Lauren Odiorne and husband, Chris of Charleston, SC, Marissa Hejka and husband, Jacob of Indian Trail, Tarin Perrell and Garrett Perrell of Charlotte; three great- grandchildren, Lyla Perrell, Maxie Perrell amd Levi Hejka along with two nieces and a one nephew.

Services are planned for 1:00 pm Monday, October 27, 2014 at McEwen Funeral Service-Derita Chapel, 6300 Mallard Creek Road Charlotte, NC 28262. Friends may visit at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place in Sharon Memorial Park.
