Arlene Francis Stebbins

Arlene was born on April 26th, 1959 in Troy, New York to Joseph Edward Divinsky and Francis Stella Divinsky. She attended high school at Waterford-Halfmoon in Waterford, NY. Arlene worked as an insurance adjuster for Allstate for 37 years before retiring.

Arlene was a loving mother and nana, a caring sister, a devoted friend, and a shining light in the world to all who knew her. She loved her Pomeranian (Boomer) and cats. In retirement, Arlene enjoyed shopping, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Arlene was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Divinsky and mother, Francis Divinsky, as well as by her brother, Joseph Divinsky Jr.

Arlene is survived by her son, Brian Stebbins and wife, Kelly of Leland, NC; grandson, Liam Stebbins of Leland, NC; Sister, JoAnn Stebbins of Charlotte, NC; Brother, Vincent Divinsky of Tampa, FL; Nephew, Kyle Stebbins of Weehawken, NJ; significant other, Kevin McLaughlin of Charlotte, NC; and Goddaughter, Makayla Kellett of Oak Island, NC; as well as countless other friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11 A.M. Friday, April 1st, 2022 at Forest Lawn West with Rev. Dr. Chris Baucom officiating. The family will accept visitors starting at 10 A.M.
