Barbara H. Kelly

Barbara Harkey Kelly, age 56 of Mt. Holly, NC passed away August 20, 2013 at her residence. A service to celebrate her life will be at 1:30PM Friday, August 23rd at Catawba Heights Baptist Church in Belmont, Reverend Raymond Johns and Mr. Jeremy Russell officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00-1:30PM at the church . Interment will be in Forest Lawn West Cemetery. Mrs. Kelly was born in Charlotte May 23, 1957, was a member of Catawba Heights Baptist Church and a 1975 graduate of West Mecklenburg High School. She had been employed by the U. S. Postal Service 28 years. Surviving are:Husband of 37 years, Kevin A. KellyChildren, Krystal Greer and husband, Josh and Amber Kelly all of Mt. Holly, NC, grandchildren, Kaylie and Jaycie Plummer, Sarah Greer and parents, William Henry and Mary Gilliam Harkey of Charlotte and special pet, Buster, step-grandchildren, Hayley and Hannah Greer, Joshua Greer, Jr. and Jocelyn Benson, and a brother, Alan Harkey and wife, Brenda of Charlotte, brother-in-law, Eric Kelly and wife, Sandra of Charlotte and a number of nieces and nephews.
