Mrs. Whitley, 78, of Charlotte, NC passed away on December 17, 2012 at Presbyterian Hospital, Matthews. She was born on October 12, 1934 in Kingsport, TN, a daughter of the late Wallace and Edith Riddle Whitley.
She was a loving mother and talented homemaker who dedicated her life to her four sons and four grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and many friends.
Surviving are David Whitley and Al Hinman of Brooklyn, NY; Andy and Kate Whitley of Conyers, GA; Mark and Laura Whitley of Matthews, NC; and grandchildren, Andrew, Carlisle, Walker, and Rachel Whitley.
