Born July 11,1947, she was preceded in death by her sons, Harold Kenneth Miller Jr (2018) ( Karen Simpson) and Thomas Bryant Miller (2016) (Melissa Miller ) and her sister Mary Ann.
Betty was the daughter of Jack and Laura Coley. She is survived by her husband Boyce Owens, her brother Clyde Coley, sister Sylvia, Harold Miller, Sr., sister in law, Kathy Owens Linberger, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Service will be 6:30 PM Friday, April 12,2019 at Trinity Baptist, Indian Land, SC.
