Carol was born in Mecklenburg County, NC on December 9, 1946 to Harry W. and Margaret Kiser. She worked in the medical field for Charlotte Memorial Hospital and Heineman Medical Research.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband, A.G. Watts and her parents. She is survived by her brother, Andy Kiser; cousins and friends.
A memorial service for Carol will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Forest Lawn West, 4601 Freedom Dr. Charlotte, NC 28208.
