A native of China, Kim was born to MeiFong Tse and the late FatHung Tse on October 8, 1962. Kim and husband, Parks operated Tokyo One Express for 8 years. She was an avid gardener and loved cooking.
Kim is survived by her husband, Parks Jung; daughters, Ashley and Kimberly Jung of Charlotte; mother, MeiFong Tse of Raleigh; siblings, Choi Tse of Apex, Charles Tse of Raleigh, Lisa Yee of Mooresville and YingJun Tse of Tampa, FL.
The funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Sunday, May 25th in the chapel at Wilson Funeral and Cremation Service, 5301 Albemarle Rd., Charlotte. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, May 24th at the funeral home.
