Kris and I grew up together as cousins. As children, along with her brother (aka Geronimo) and sister (aka Petee) we would spend time together every summer and all holidays. Although its been many years since we've seen each other I wish her children the best.

Ms. Kriss was like big sister as well as a mother figure to me & my son. I met her when I was babysitting my 1st granddaughter. From that time on we were inseparable. She was truly one of God's angels here on earth. I will miss those daily conversations and my son will miss her teasing. We're grateful to God for allowing her to be a part of our lives. Now in God's care.

Ms.Kriss was a very sweet and caring person! She "babysit" my daughter Myra for many years and was like a second grandmother to her.  Always put a lot of emphasis on her Education and 
Reading!  We have so many great memories with her spirit. We will missed her dearly!

Kris was my next door neighbor for 6 years and my son's for 12 years before that.  She was always looking out for me and helpful in many ways.  She will be sorely missed.

I met Kriss when I first started teaching music in Charlotte and she was such a big help to me watching my children.  Rick and Clarissa spent time playing with my kids and I couldn't have gotten through those years without Kriss's help.  She was highly interested in early childhood development and she placed a very precious value on Education.  She had a warm and encouraging nature and a wonderful spirit.  She was extremely proud of what her children had accomplished with the great start she had given them.  Rick and Clarissa are a testament to how lovely she was as a person.  A beautiful soul, a beautiful person.  All of the Yosts were fortunate to have met her.....

Ms. Kris will be missed and our hearts are heavy at her passing. Kris was family to us and cared for my three daughters over the past 15 years.  She was a blessing. We will always remember her selflessness, pride in her children, and love for children.  Never forgetting a birthday. Now at peace with God.

I first met Clarissa(Kriss)when I was teaching music and had small children.  I enjoyed getting to know her and her children, Clarissa and Rick. They were wonderful kids for my kids to hang out with.  Kriss was a huge help and blessing to me as I needed help with childcare during my many music jobs.  She had a great gift for working with younger children.  She had a great spirit about her and she really valued Education!!  Kriss took great pride in the accomplishments of Rick and Clarissa. She was a wonderful lady and her children are a testament to how lovely she was as a person....

Kris brought my blessed son in law, Richard, to this world. Thank you for sharing your heart, mind and soul with him. You are missed. A hole is in the hearts of all your family & friends now. Much love as you continue your journey.

Ms. Kriss will always be remembered for her kindness and as grandma to my daughter, Camryn.  Her sweet memories will forever live on as we reflect on the past 11 years that she took care of Camryn.  She was not only known as the best babysitter but most importantly the best grandma Camryn could have (she was family to us).  Although, her loss will be a void for us, I find peace in knowing that she is resting in the arms of our almighty God-for he knows what is best for her.  We may have lost an Angel on Earth, but God certainly has gained an Angel in Heaven.
