Donald Russ

Mr. Russ, 65, of Charlotte, NC, passed away on August 27, 2012 at the Golden Living Center. He was born on February 9, 1947 in Middletown, NY, a son of the late Richard Lottridge Russ and Doris Persons Russ.

Don Russ, a Vietnam vet, spent his entire professional career as a banker. He received his undergrad from Temple University in 1973 and received an MBA from NYU. He was a family man, very interested in collecting coins, traveling, football, hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife Mailyn Russ; son, Donald; daughter, Jacqueline; and daughter-in-law, Carissa. Also surviving are his sister-in-law, Edith; his nephew, Richard; nieces, Amy, Ann, and Lisa; his uncle David and Aunt Arlene; and cousins, Phil and Diane.

Graveside services at the family burial site in White Store, NY will be private.
