Doris Mae Howell

Mrs. Howell, age 88, of Charlotte, died peacefully at her home on Thursday, May 13, 2010. She delighted in her family, home and Savior.

The service to celebrate the life of Doris Mae Howell will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, May 16, 2010 at Northside Baptist Church Worship Center with The Reverend Brian Boyles officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens. Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

She will be sorely missed by her loving husband of 67 years, Joe Howell; four children, Tom Howell and his wife, Connie, Suzanne Hallberg and her husband, Dean, Joy McClure and her husband, Doug and Gay Underwood and her husband,

Tony; two sisters, Sue Hall and Linda Searce, both of Richmond, VA; 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
