Howard "Oakley" McClamrock passed away on February 08, 2021 in Towson, Maryland at the age of 97. Mr. McClamrock was born in Greensboro, North Carolina, moved to Charlotte at an early age, was a graduate of Harding High School and was retired from the United States Postal Service. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Mary Sue McClamrock. They were long time members of Thomasboro Baptist Church as well as Durham Memorial Baptist Church, and resided in the Oakdale neighborhood of Charlotte. Mr. McClamrock is survived by a son, Howard D. McClamrock, M.D. and his wife Monica Buescher McClamrock, M.D. of Towson; grandsons William Hunter of Los Angeles, California, Edward Benjamin and John Carlyle both of Washington, D.C. and great granddaughter, Navey Isadora, also of Los Angeles.
