James Robert Love
August 30, 1952 – May 14, 2015
James was born to the late Lewis and Ida Love
James worked at Contact Core Drilling for 35 years, he loved to deer hunt and was a loving father grandfather and friend
In addition to his parents James was preceded in death by a sister Pat Trantham.
James is survived by His daughter Pamela Love and fiancé Donnie Dover and granddaughter Raven Brown; sisters Virginia Ross and husband James and family, Carolyn Caldwell and husband Marshall and family, brother in law Robert Trantham and family. His life partner Betty Walters, sons Michael Wensil and Derrick Warren, daughter in law Tracy Wensil, grandchildren; Lilly Wensil, Addisyn Wensil, and Edith Wensil. A service of remembrance will be held Friday May 22, 2015 at Catawba Freewill Baptist Church 301 Cherry Street Belmont NC, from 6-8 pm.
In lieu of flowers the family has request donations be made in James’ name to the Joe Martin ALS Foundation, Founders Hall, 100 N Tryon Street # 3420 Charlotte NC 28202.
