I'm so sad to hear of the passing of Jerry, it was a shock.  I worked with him at KM in Ramsey, New Jersey's Parts Department and it was always a pleasure speaking with him.  I'm shocked.  God bless him and his family, you'll be severely missed. you always brightened my day when I saw your name on my phone.

I was shocked when I heard what had happened . I knew Jerry since high school and started working with him at White Business Machines back in 1986 and worked with him for 20 years. He was a really good guy and really loved his family and talked about them all the time. God bless the whole family. 

Jerry serviced our copiers for so very many years at Hendrick Auto. Group.  Such a gentle man.
He always asked about my husband Bryan that worked at home during covid.  He would always talk to us about his family whom he loved dearly.  He was so proud of all of you.  I Loved the pics he shared with me of the family.  He shared his love for his comics.  He would comment, "yes, i am a nerd"  lol.  Not to us!!  He was an awesome human being and i know i will see him again one day.  My prayers go out to each of you!  With love, Penny Barry

Jerry was my favorite copier man for Hendrick. He taught me alot and I will forever cherish our talks. I knew him on a personal level as well. I know he loved God, his family especially his wife. He was very proud of his grandkids. I sure will miss you.

This was a special bond between Dallas and Pa , they loved graphic novels and on to collected comic books and attending several comic cons. Dallas was the first grand baby. They had rocks collections , searched for gold , shot rockets , flew kites , went fishing and just made fire pits to burn old stuff as boys do , these to were pals to agree to disagree was the bond as topics arose. All in all , Dallas loved playing guitar and over the last few years has really supported Dallas interest in guitars. He has an amp several amps to  pa’s old guitar to brand new Les Paul. Pa called Dallas at least every few days and I’m certain that he will be watching over him as he continues his next phase into college , he was heart broken and there is a new normal
For us all so we have to stand together in good faith and  endure all that love and dedication that pa has given will keep

We had so much fun at Evan’s lacrosse game , this was our last photo with pa. He was so excited about Evan’s senior picture hung around the knights castle an he took a selfie with him. Evan played great and AK won that game sorta killed it.  Pa was always at Evan’s games with Ma cheering him on and he has truly been blessed with such great support from his grandparents.

We saw a man who was dedicated to his family and always put them first. He took in his 2 step children and treated them as they were his own. They called him Their dad, and never questioned that title. 

Jerry was full of life. He was a man of God, and dedicated to Christianity and Jesus Christ.  He touched the lives of those around him, and impacted us like no other. We are ALL super lucky to have had Jerry, whether it was advice, a good joke, love, a handy man,  compassion, the word of God, and the list goes on. It's unfortunate some of us don't realize these things, until that person is taken away from us.

I encourage us to celebrate the life of Jerry Sloan, may he rest easy with the Lord,  and look to us from above.



Having lost both of my parents, I am familiar with the grief and pain. Losing a parent leaves an empty place in your heart, but God in his mercy offers comfort with the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Prayers for the family. Mr. Jerry was my tech for my copier when I worked at Standard Register. Always speaking highly of his family. 

I really just got to know Jerry from work just recently.  He made the work fun and enjoyable and had a nice demeanor always.  I was really looking forward to working with him more.  So sorry for his passing.  He seemed like a really great guy. He will be missed here for sure.


Jerry and I started working at White Business Machines 15 days apart in 1984. We worked together until I retired in 2020. Needless to say, that's a lot of history. The thing I'll always remember when I think about Jerry is the boundless love he had for his family. Even though he's gone, that kind of love never really dies.

All I have is childhood memories at Christmas when we would visit back in the day. Sad to hear about your passing but comfort in knowing you’re in heaven.Sorry we lost touch for all these years but will miss your morning prayers on FB, you don’t know how much of an inspiration that was for me.Love always cousin Jerry.

Hi family I always considered myself part of the Nolan gang! I met Jerry Chris Inez Debbie Jerry Senior and grandma through my beautiful friend aka mammy Lucille! We worked together at Kinder Care and then I met Jerry he always came down to the center to make sure she got in the building safe. Jerry and I grew a wonderful friendship he was so kind and so caring! He would tell me stories about Lucille and his brother Chris. I loved learning about their childhood and his awesome friends! When my beautiful friend Lucille passed he stayed in contact on Facebook ( especially with old school music and his wonderful prayers each morning) Jerry even came by to check on me a few times when I was still with Kinder Care! I will really miss him! I’m glad I still have contact with Tisa and the girls Charmaine and Cayce my heart goes out to you both, just know that he is with his maker, the one he went out in the morning to talk too! Jerry was the best….so long my friend until we meet on the other side. I love you

Jerry was our technician at our law firm.   He always talked about his family.  He was very proud of all his grandchildren.   May he rest in peace.    Prayers to his family, I know he will be missed.   

Pa loved comic cons me as Mando  and significant other Tamara Norton as Deadpool. He loved that we cosplay together.

As I sit here and write this tears roll down my face God gained him another Angel to watch over me,I thank back at all the good times I remember, going fishing n cooking out and riding around in your Red n White Starsky n Hutch car n laying out in Aunt Cile backyard, I remember we use to come see you when you was in the Coast Gaurd.You meant alot to alot of people and loved by many.You are having a ball now,you better get grandma garden tilled up are she going woop you with a switch.Love you cuz.
